Allie was nominated by her friend Rhonda. It was so heartwarming to receive Rhonda’s message as she shared the reasons why she feels Allie is phenomenal. “Allie is very inspiring! She is a motivator. She freaking farts glitter lol 😊. She is so positive and encouraging, and motivated to be better. She is an entrepreneur, and she believes in women and supports women in their careers. She was an awesome Zumba instructor and so much more! She recently lost her job after almost 10 years, and you know what? She cried, then picked up her pieces, reassembled them, and saw hope and inspiration. She is just so inspiring as she always shifts and morphs, not to how the world wants her to be, but to how she wants the world to be. She is going places that one! She lives by example and is a born leader and dreamer.” YES! It just makes me beam with pride to hear how Rhonda acknowledges Allie and lifts her up – this is how we all rise. When I connected with Allie to let her know she was nominated, I felt her passionate energy right away, and an incredible journey began. I’m so thrilled to have met her and I feel confident that there will be fantastic partnerships and opportunities to empower each other in business AND in life!
Allie is a proud mom of 2 beautiful kids and is happily married to her amazing husband. She has been very blessed to have the love and support of her family over the years and as she embraced her entrepreneurial spirit 16 years ago. She is at a pivotal moment in her career and she gets to choose her new path and those she surrounds herself with. Everything happens for a reason, and there is no better time than right now to celebrate and encourage Allie as she steps into her next adventures with grace and glitter!
Words of wisdom and empowerment from Allie:
I asked Allie what she feels has been the most valuable lesson she learned in 2022, and this is what she had to share.
“So many lessons come to mind, but mostly the need to protect my energy around negativity. I’m not saying you can’t have bad days or that challenges don’t happen, but it is up to each of us to decide how much energy and time we spend there. I’d much rather spend my time empowering others and growing a thriving business or spending time with my awesome family and friends.”
I asked Allie to share her message of strength and empowerment for other women to embrace 2023 with a positive mindset, and this is her inspiring response.
“Life is going to throw some crazy stuff your way at some point. Things you can’t prepare for, no matter what, stuff will test you and challenge you. You get to decide how you move forward. You can either sit in it and let it take you down, or you can choose to let it fuel you forward. I truly believe it is a choice that each one of us GETS to make.”
