Jeannie Pauls

Jeannie was nominated by her deeply connected friend/family member, Doreen (remember our phenomenal Doreen Klassen?) Yes! Jeannie had nominated her and now she is sharing that love and recognition right back to her, and well – all of us! I must agree, Jeannie is phenomenal! She experiences her emotions deeply and is very thoughtful in how she approaches her life and career. She wants the best for everyone and is so passionate about living well and with intention.

Doreen shares that Jeannie has incredible insight and energy in everyday life. She is always available for her children, family, and friends near and far at a moment’s notice. Jeannie is passionate about the journey to learn to love yourself, to be the best you can be, and is always looking for ways to celebrate and cherish who we are.

Jeannie works full time as a Service Coordinator for a non-profit disability support organization. She also has her own business – Blue Moon Escape and hopes to focus more on this in her future. This is just another way Jeannie makes us take time to stop and take care of ourselves. Doreen says that her massages are amazing, and also shares a fond memory of Jeannie joining them on a trip to Phoenix for their oldest daughter’s wedding, and at 1:30am when they arrived back to the condo after the wedding, Jeannie brought out her essential oils and gave both her and her husband foot massages – that was phenomenal!

Words of wisdom and empowerment from Jeannie:

I asked Jeannie what she feels has been the most valuable lesson she has learned in 2020, and this is what she had to share.

“Breathe in…breathe out…remember you’re only human and that it’s OK if life feels heavy right now.  In 2020, I lost my dad, 92 years young.  I was blessed by a dad who was young at heart.  He worked till he was 90!  True farmer.

His last words were “family is everything”. In the last weeks together we watched hours of home videos, he loved it so much!

If there’s one thing I’ve learned from grief it is to take pictures.  Take pictures of everything, everywhere, of every single person you love and every single memory you want to keep because at some point that’s all you have left and it’s the only way you feel close to them.

Also learned that grief is really just love.  It’s all the love you want to give but cannot and all that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and in that hollow part of your chest.  Grief is just love with no place to go – Jamie Anderson

Life ends when you stop dreaming. Hope ends when you stop believing. Love ends when you stop caring.  Keep on keeping on 😊.”

I asked Jeannie to share her message of strength and empowerment for other women to start 2021 with a positive mindset, and this is her inspiring response.

“You matter, and You are Enough.  Get acquainted with your true self.

Someone feels inspired by you and you won’t even realize it, your life has meaning even if it doesn’t always feel like that.

Learn to walk away from people who put you down.

Walk away from fights that will never be resolved.

Walk away from trying to please people.

It’s not always easy but you are stronger than you know.

I love finding meaningful quotes and this one is on my Cell Phone Wallpaper ‘Give yourself credit for the days you’ve made it through when you thought you couldn’t’

Lastly, with COVID interrupting our gatherings…remember good friends are like stars, you don’t always see them but you know they’re always there!”

WOW! What an incredible honour to be able to share Jeannie’s story with you. Take another look at this photo of Jeannie. I had to know more about it because it is just stunningly breathtaking! She shared that this was a photo shoot she did back in 2016, five years after she was divorced and was feeling at a really low point in her life. She stumbled onto this amazing photographer who had a goal of capturing beauty from the inside out. This brought her a soul-inspiring experience that help to shift her spirit and move her forward in life. She evolved in this moment – Look! Just look at her! Jeannie is now happily remarried to her loving husband and is empowered to plan for the next phase in her life. Thank you for reading Jeannie’s story, and let’s keep supporting and empowering each other as we continue our journey to live our best life!

JEANNIE YOU ARE PHENOMENAL!!!
